Vinieta A Lawrence, RN/BSN/JD
Program Director & Compliance Office

TotalCare’s Program Director and Compliance Office, Vinieta Lawrence, has worked in the Nursing and Administrative fields for more than 30 years.  She is a licensed Registered Nurse and an attorney at law. This unique combination of skills not only ensures delivery of efficient and quality care of the highest standards, but adds a personal compliment of compassionate care with a focus on the dignity and the values of our participants.

Melissa Bustamante, RN
Lead Nurse

TotalCare’s Lead Nurse, Melissa Bustamante has worked in Nursing Care for eight years. She is a licensed and Certified Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. She holds Associate’s Degrees in Nursing and Business Management from Bunker Hill Community College in Boston, MA. She has worked at various home care agencies and performed hundreds of home visits within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is fluent in Spanish and has helped many persons within the Spanish-speaking population.

Melissa has experience as a Visiting Nurse with the aspiration to assist and advocate for the disadvantaged population. Through communication and analysis, she has effectively identified client needs and advocated accordingly, she has also provided a voice for patients.  She is a patient and family focused caregiver with a high level of critical thinking and time management skills and has the desire for continuous learning.

Eleanor Chalmus, MS, LSWA
Case Manager

TotalCare’s Case Manager, Eleanor Chalmus has worked in Health and Human Services for over 10 years. She is a licensed Social Worker with a Bachelors of Science in Human Services and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College in Springfield Massachusetts.

Eleanor has extensive experience in counseling families and creating support networks based on individual needs. She is an excellent and effective communicator, administrator and project and program manager. She excels as a leader of staff development and possesses tremendous organizational and negotiation skills which allows her to reach consensus, establish goals and attain results.

Lisa Palmer
Case Manager

TotalCare’s Case Manager, Lisa Palmer has ten years of experience working in Behavioral Health. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Health & Science from Pheonix University. She has a Masters of Urban Studies from Boston University.

Lisa has extensive experience working with individuals and their families in their home environments, fostering understanding of the family dynamic and teaching strategies to address stressors. She has delivered intensive case management services to individuals considered “at risk.” She also has experience assisting individuals in solving family, aging, mental, emotional and stress management problems.
